Jewelry:

The Jewelry itmes we curated are expected to meet quality standards of beign waterproof and tarnish resitant. However, to preserve their beauty and longevity, we recommend avoiding prolonged exposure to water, including activities such as bathing, swimming, visiting hot springs, or using saunas. Whenever possible, please remove your jewelry before engaging in these activities.

Additionally, please avoid contact with acids and harsh chemicals such as vinegar, soy sauce, detergents, and setting sprays. When not in use, gently wipe your jewelry with a soft cotton cloth or tissue to remove moisture and residue.

Clothing:

For most clothing items, we recommend machine washing in cold water and tumble drying on low. These steps will help maintain the quality and extend the lifespan of your apparel.

We currently only ship to the United States. We are working hard to provide more options for the future

For Products Shipped from Our Warehouse:

Delivery is typically completed within 3 to 7 business days from the date of payment confirmation.

For Products Shipped Directly from Jewelers or Designers:

Please note that certain items are shipped exclusively from our jewelers’ or designers’ warehouses and may require a longer shipping timeframe. If your item has not shipped within 20 days, please contact us for assistance.

• Saturdays and holidays are excluded from delivery schedules.
• For bundled orders, if some items are delayed at the warehouse, partial shipments may be sent so you can receive available items as soon as possible.
• Please ensure the consignee name entered at checkout matches the actual recipient. Orders without payment confirmation within 7 days will be automatically cancelled.
• Delivery tracking information will be provided after your purchase has been processed.

Please note: Deliveries to mountainous, remote, or special regions may take longer for delivery and may incur additional shipping costs that is out of our control.

Return Policy:

We accept returns on all merchandise within 14 days from the date you have received your order. Any return requests submitted after the 14-day period will not be accepted or processed.

(In the case of bundled orders, it is 14 days after recived per delivery)

ATTENTION:

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging. 

Please note, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:

• The product label/tag is damaged or removed after being received.
• The item shows signs of contamination, strong odors, body odor, or physical damage.
• The item has been worn, washed, repaired, or otherwise altered.
• Product quality issues due to misuse, external factors, or improper care.

Defective items, worn, washed, or repaired items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Shipping & Costs:

For returns resulting from inaccurate addresses or insufficient communication, customers are responsible for both outbound and return shipping costs. 

In some cases, such as subsequent shipments, customers may also be responsible for exchange or return shipping fees. 

We recommend using a trackable shipping service and retaining proof of postage for all returns.

Packaging:

Your beautifully handcrafted jewelry will arrive in a reusable jewelry pouch or gift box, accompanied by a polishing cloth and a care card for your convenience.
