Eligibility
  • Returns are accepted within 14 days from the date you receive your product.
  • Any return request submitted after the 14 period will not be accepted or processed.
  • To be eligible for a return, items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging. We cannot accept returns for items that have been worn, altered, or damaged after delivery.
How to Initiate a Return
  • To start a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for return using the information provided on our website.
  • Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how to ship the item back to us or our designated return address.
Return Shipping
  • Depending on location, customers may be responsible for return shipping costs.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service and retaining proof of postage.
Refunds
  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
  • Refunds to alternate payment methods from the original will not be processed.
Non-Returnable Items
  • For hygiene and safety reasons, certain jewelry items may be marked as final sale and are not eligible for return. These will be clearly indicated at the time of purchase.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can resolve the issue promptly.

ATTENTION:

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging. 

Please note, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:

    • The product label/tag is damaged or removed after being received.
    • The item shows signs of contamination, strong odors, body odor, or physical damage.
    • The item has been worn, washed, repaired, or otherwise altered.
    • Product quality issues due to misuse, external factors, or improper care.

Defective items, worn, washed, or repaired items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Shipping & Costs:

For returns resulting from inaccurate addresses or insufficient communication, customers are responsible for both outbound and return shipping costs. 

In some cases, such as subsequent shipments, customers may also be responsible for exchange or return shipping fees. 

We recommend using a trackable shipping service and retaining proof of postage for all returns.
