Order Processing & Fulfillment

At Lilac Key, we carefully curate our collection. Some items are shipped directly from our trusted jewelers, while others may be sent from our own facility.

Processing times may vary depending on product availability and the shipping origin. You will receive an order confirmation email and a shipping notification with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Estimated Shipping Times
  • While many orders are fulfilled quickly, within 5-7 business days, for some items, please allow up to 20 business days for your order to be processed and shipped, especially for items sent directly from our jewelers.
  • Shipping times may vary based on the product and destination. We strive to provide updates on your order’s status whenever possible.
Shipping Methods & Costs
  • Shipping methods and costs are displayed at checkout. Delivery windows are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs.
Multiple Shipments
  • If your order includes multiple items, they may be shipped separately from different locations. You will receive tracking information for each shipment.
Address Accuracy
  • Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Lilac Key is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
International Orders
  • We currently only ship within the United States. 
  • We plan to expand internationally soon.

For Products Shipped from Our Warehouse:

Delivery is typically completed within 3 to 7 business days from the date of payment confirmation.

For Products Shipped Directly from Jewelers or Designers:

Please note that certain items are shipped exclusively from our jewelers’ or designers’ warehouses and may require a longer shipping timeframe. If your item has not shipped within 20 days, please contact us for assistance.

    • Saturdays and holidays are excluded from delivery schedules.
    • For bundled orders, if some items are delayed at the warehouse, partial shipments may be sent so you can receive available items as soon as possible.
    • Please ensure the consignee name entered at checkout matches the actual recipient. Orders without payment confirmation within 7 days will be automatically cancelled.
    • Delivery tracking information will be provided after your purchase has been processed.

Please note: Deliveries to mountainous, remote, or special regions may take longer for delivery and may incur additional shipping costs that is out of our control.
